We needed kitchen and mancave counter tops and had never looked at granite before. We couldn't have made a decision without Kayla's knowledge and help. Dude and Jamie at the install were great and explained everything. Everyone at the shop was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We are remodeling an old farmhouse and JR Granite was recommended by friends. Kayla showed us the various stones and we found one we absolutely loved. Robert came out that same day and measured the kitchen. Kayla communicated well with us about the progress on the prep for the install. We couldn't be happier with the product and the installation of our new countertops. They were able to cut countertops for the kitchen, bath, and a coffee bar. We expected a high pressure sales pitch when we went in but Kayla approached us with just her smile and showed us the inventory we wanted to look at. Robert came to our house the next day to take measurements. Bruce drew up the templates and then Jaime and Dude followed up with the install. They were professional yet friendly and answered all our questions.We are very happy with our beautiful counters and great experience.
We looked into multiple options for updating our kitchen countertops, but walked away from the shop knowing exactly what we wanted. These guys made it happen. We’re very satisfied with the final product and are working on the rest of the kitchen. We can hardly wait to finish it and see it all come together. My wife and I went into this process not exactly knowing what we wanted so we started browsing different materials and loved the look of quartz and granite. We went to a big box store and had a poor customer service experience that really turned us off from using them but we were really not sure where else to get the product in our area without driving several hours and paying an arm and a leg in delivery alone. We came across JR Granite on a Facebook post we had seen and loved their images and decided to take trip over there to see what they had. Rob met us on our schedule which was very nice because we are busy during the week and took several hours out of his day to show us what they do an their selection and help us with several quotes for different materials. He went over the installation process and maintenance that would be required and really put our minds at ease about the whole thing. He was able to acquire the material that we wanted and get it cut and ready to install much faster than we had expected and then actually was able to schedule our install a week early! Their install grew was a great group of guys, super easy going and very accommodating, they were able to carry a rather large 6'6" x 4'3" 1.5" thick slab up our stairs and get it installed and my wife and I were very impressed with the results. All in all they get 5 stars on all fronts, their customer service was impeccable from beginning to finish and the quality of their work matched it. We will be using them again for future projects and I highly suggest you do the same, their prices were very competitive with the big box stores and you have constant contact with your installers (we got updates regularly from them) and get to pick your slab. Just good people being good people.
